Dennis DeMaraDennis is the President of D&S Builders, Inc. Dennis attended Tri-State University studying Civil Engineering and graduated with a Marketing / Business degree. He also worked for a Professional Land Surveyor and a Structural Engineer.
He has been in construction business since he was 18 years old. He continued to work through college at the City of Ft. Wayne’s Engineering Office and also a construction company before starting D&S Builders, Inc. with Walt Schlabach on April 1, 1973. He is a long time LaGrange County resident who is active in Pheasants Forever and has served as Charter President. He has also been involved with LaGrange Rotary, Knight of Pythias, and a member of the Mt. Zion Lutheran Church in LaGrange and has served as Charter President for the LaGrange County Builders Association. When Dennis is not working, he enjoys spending time with his wife, children and grand-children. He enjoys hunting and spending time with his hunting dogs. Dennis also has a passion for sports cars. |

Andy PagelsAndy is an estimator and Project Manager for D&S Builders, Inc. As a lifelong resident of Sturgis, MI, Andy graduated from high school in 2001 and furthered his education by earning a degree in Business Management and Marketing. He has numerous certifications including TJI Certification, Owens Corning Preferred Contractor, Touchstone Energy Certification and RRP Certification. He started working for D&S Builders, Inc. in 2001 and has continued to grow with the company for the last 16 years.
When Andy is not working, he enjoys spending time with his wife and his daughter. Andy is also an avid outdoorsman. His favorite pastimes include fishing, hunting, camping and woodworking. |
